Job Description
Cape Fear Behavioral Health Center (CFBHC) is actively seeking Fully Licensed Mental Health Providers to join our growing outpatient and telehealth practice. We are hiring for remote and in-clinic positions serving clients across North Carolina.
CFBHC is a highly respected outpatient behavioral health organization contracted with all major NC Managed Care Organizations (MCOs), Prepaid Health Plans (PHPs), and private insurance carriers, allowing providers to focus on clinical work while we handle credentialing and billing.
Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient mental health counseling services
- Conduct assessments, treatment planning, and clinical documentation
- Deliver therapy services to individuals, families, and couples
- Maintain ethical and professional standards of care
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary clinical teams
Areas of Practice May Include
- Individual Therapy (Children, Adolescents, Adults, Geriatrics)
- Family & Couples Therapy
- PTSD & Trauma
- Anxiety, Depression, Mood Disorders
- Substance Abuse
- Anger Management
- ADHD / Behavioral Disorders
- Grief & Adjustment Issues
Qualifications (Required)
- Active North Carolina full clinical license, including:
- LCSW
- LCMHC
- LMFT
- LCAS
- Licensed Psychologist
- Ability to practice independently in NC
- Strong clinical documentation skills
- Telehealth capability (for remote roles)
