The Fullcase Stocking Material Handler III is primarily responsible for supporting distribution center operations by efficiently sorting, scanning, staging, and wrapping merchandise, as well as performing other warehouse duties as assigned. This role involves verifying merchandise accuracy and ensuring that products are loaded and checked in the proper delivery sequence based on customer stop codes. To move materials effectively within the facility and onto trucks, the handler will utilize various equipment, including hand trucks, pallet jacks, and fork trucks with specialized attachments. The scheduled hours for this position are 6:00 pm to 2:00 am. Please apply today. 

Responsibilities:
Logistics & Load Planning
  • Interpret and execute truck loading forecast summaries to ensure daily shipping accuracy.

  • Strategically organize truck runs based on load forecasts and delivery schedules.

  • Identify and sort merchandise by customer stop codes to streamline the delivery process.

  • Maintain real-time communication with the Transportation department regarding any changes or adjustments to truck runs.

Warehouse Operations & Equipment
  • Utilize handheld scanners for inventory tracking and order verification.

  • Expertly load and secure products to prevent damage during transit.

  • Master pallet stacking techniques to ensure load stability and eliminate customer service discrepancies.

  • Obtain and maintain certifications for power equipment, including electric pallet jacks (walkies/riders) and forklifts.

Performance & Safety
  • Consistently meet or exceed established quality and production throughput standards.

  • Prioritize a "Safety First" culture by strictly adhering to company policies and acting in a safe manner at all times.

  • Ensure full compliance with OSHA standards and all internal rules, regulations, and procedures.

  • Maintain Distribution Center (DC) cleanliness by following housekeeping guidelines and sanitation protocols.

Professionalism & Adaptability
  • Respond effectively to management direction and collaborate with the broader warehouse team.
  • Demonstrate flexibility by performing additional tasks and duties as assigned to support business needs.

Qualifications & Experience
  • Education: High School diploma or equivalent preferred.

  • Technical Skills: Proven experience navigating Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or similar digital platforms.

  • Certifications: Power Industrial Equipment (PIE) certification is a strong asset.

  • Communication: Fluency in English (reading, writing, and speaking) is required for safety and coordination.

Physical Requirements & Compliance
  • Physical Stamina: Ability to frequently lift and move items weighing up to 50 lbs.

  • Assessment: Must successfully complete a physical assessment tailored to the role's demands.

  • Pre-employment Screening: Successful completion of a background check and drug screening is required.
