You will be compensated with both base pay and commission. FULL TIME RETAIL SALES ASSOCIATE As a Retail Sales Associate, you are the face of Spark Wireless and T-Mobile to the customer. You will deliver a strong genuine customer experience that allows customers to recommend T-Mobile to friends and family.
