We're looking for an organized, outgoing individual to join our recruiting team in a fast-paced, supportive environment. This is a great opportunity for anyone who enjoys talking to people, and is interested in gaining real-world experience in recruiting and talent acquisition.
What You'll Do
- Make outbound phone calls to applicants who have applied to our sales positions
- Conduct initial screening conversations to evaluate qualifications and interest
- Schedule qualified candidates for interviews on our team's calendars
- Keep accurate notes and follow up as needed
Full training provided – no prior recruiting experience required!

- Excellent phone presence and communication skills
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently
- Ability to commit to 40 hours per week in office
- Located in or near Sandy, UT
