Responsibilities

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties while providing expert guidance throughout the entire real estate transaction process
• Conduct market research to identify property values, market trends, and competitive listings in the Chandler area
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring excellent customer service and repeat business
• Coordinate property showings, open houses, and client meetings at The Murphy Group - AZ office and various locations
• Prepare and present offers, counteroffers, and contracts in compliance with local real estate laws and company policies
• Collaborate with mortgage lenders, home inspectors, and other professionals to facilitate smooth and timely closings
• Utilize CRM tools and marketing strategies to generate leads and expand client base within the Chandler, AZ market

Qualifications

• Valid Arizona real estate license required
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a licensed Realtor preferred
• Proven track record of successful property sales and client satisfaction
• Strong knowledge of the Chandler and greater Phoenix real estate market
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient with real estate CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities
• Commitment to maintaining high ethical standards and professionalism
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
