Full-Time Nanny / Household Manager
Location: Charleston, SC
Compensation: $35–$40 per hour ($85,000 per year)
Start Date: ASAP
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM (40 hours per week; flexibility to help on weekends)
Commitment: Long-term
Seeking an experienced, energetic, and reliable full-time nanny/household manager for a family with three high-energy boys, ages 4, 7, and 10, and a 4-month-old infant. The ideal candidate will have at least 5+ years of professional nanny experience, prior experience working with high-profile families, and be comfortable signing a confidentiality/non-disclosure agreement (NDA). This role requires the highest level of discretion, professionalism, and adaptability.
The nanny will primarily work during the weeks when the children are with their father (approximately 40% of the time), with guaranteed 40-hour weeks during those periods. During the weeks when the children are with their mother, the role will include reduced childcare hours with additional household management responsibilities.
Pay & Benefits

Responsibilities
Preparing school lunches during the school year and cooking lunches during the summer
Providing attentive, developmentally appropriate care for all children
Assisting with light housekeeping, including laundry, dishes, and maintaining an organized home environment
Driving the children to school, activities, and appointments as needed (must have a reliable vehicle)
Keeping children engaged with age-appropriate activities, especially while the mother works from home
Ensuring children’s safety at all times, particularly around the family’s pool (must be a confident swimmer)
Providing occasional weekend coverage and maintaining flexibility with scheduling
Supporting household organization and daily operations during non-custodial weeks
Qualifications
Minimum of 5+ years of professional nanny experience
Experience working with high-profile or private families
Comfortable signing and adhering to a confidentiality/non-disclosure agreement (NDA)
Authorized to work in the United States
3–5 professional references
Must be at least 18 years of age
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Comfortable swimming and supervising children near a pool
Proven experience caring for active children and ability to adapt to changing schedules
