Connected Health Care, a leading recruitment and staffing firm, is seeking a Full-Time MedSurg / ER Registered Nurse to join a respected healthcare facility in McCook, NE. This is a fantastic opportunity for a compassionate, driven RN looking to make a difference in a close-knit community hospital setting while advancing their clinical skills in both Medical-Surgical and Emergency Room environments.

Job Responsibilities:
• Provide high-quality, patient-centered nursing care in MedSurg and Emergency settings
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care according to established standards
• Administer medications, monitor patient responses, and maintain accurate documentation
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to optimize patient outcomes
• Respond to emergency situations quickly and effectively
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and discharge instructions
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and safety protocols

Education & Certification Requirements:
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Nebraska (or compact state eligibility)
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS – required within 6 months of hire (offered in-house)
• TNCC – required within 6 months of hire
• Associate or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (ASN or BSN) required
• Prior MedSurg and/or ER experience preferred, but not required
