Versatility: You can pivot from plating a brisket platter to searing a salmon fillet or smashing a burger without missing a beat.
Reliability: You’re a "no-call, no-show" hater. We’re a tight crew and we rely on each other.
Pride in the Plate: You care about the sear, the tuck of the wrap, and the temperature of the meat.
The Gig: You’ll be the engine of our kitchen. You’ll be responsible for executing our expanded menu with speed and precision, maintaining a clean station, and ensuring every guest in Lancaster gets the quality we’re famous for.
