As a Full-Time Customer Experience Consultant you will support LifeLine wireless services in San Bernardino, you’ll receive expert training and become the first point of contact for enrollment support, troubleshooting, and program guidance. The Customer Service delivers compassionate service, ensures compliance, and helps underserved residents stay connected through free wireless communication.
Essential Functions of the Full-Time Customer Experience Consultant
- Serve as the first point of contact for LifeLine customers, providing support via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Guide clients through the eligibility and enrollment process, clearly explaining program benefits and application steps.
- Troubleshoot device and connectivity issues, offering practical solutions to restore wireless service.
- Assist with account updates, recertifications, and administrative tasks to keep services active and compliant.
- Log all customer interactions accurately in internal systems, ensuring secure and organized documentation.
- Escalate complex concerns to specialized teams while maintaining ownership of the customer experience.
- Stay informed on LifeLine program changes, device updates, and compliance requirements to deliver accurate support.
- Represent T&R Frameworks as Telecommunications Customer Service, combining empathy, efficiency, and mission-driven service.
Education & Experience Needed for the Full-Time Customer Experience Consultant
- A high school diploma or GED is required; college coursework or a degree in Communications, Business, or a related field is a strong asset.
- Up to 2 years of experience in customer service, call center, or public-facing roles preferred; strong entry-level candidates encouraged to apply.
- Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical and program details clearly to diverse audiences.
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills, with a customer-first mindset and a calm, empathetic approach.
- Comfortable using digital tools, including CRM systems, email platforms, and mobile device interfaces for customer support and data entry.
- Able to multitask and stay organized, managing multiple inquiries and maintaining accurate records in a fast-paced environment.
