We are seeking a talented and passionate Full-Time Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the kitchen and a dedication to maintaining the highest standards of food quality and safety. The Cook will ensure a positive and productive work environment while delivering exceptional dishes that reflect our restaurant’s vision and values.

- Participate in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of meals in accordance with established recipes and standards.
- Maintain food quality and safety standards, ensuring all dishes are prepared to specifications and plated to perfection.
- Work closely with front-of-house staff to accommodate guests’ dietary restrictions, special requests, and overall dining experience.
- Ensure kitchen operations comply with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
- Stay updated on culinary trends and techniques.

- Proven experience as a Cook in a high-volume kitchen or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
