Position Overview
The Clinical Director provides oversight of clinical operations for home health services across multiple service areas. This role supports clinicians in the field, ensures regulatory compliance, and works collaboratively with leadership to maintain high standards of patient care, documentation, and quality performance. The Clinical Director will help coordinate interdisciplinary care teams while supporting operational efficiency and patient satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities

• Provide clinical oversight and management of the home health clinical team
• Oversee case management activities and ensure quality patient-centered care delivery
• Facilitate and participate in weekly Interdisciplinary Team meetings
• Participate in the Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement program
• Review and ensure accuracy of OASIS documentation and functional scoring
• Coordinate clinical scheduling to support efficient patient care delivery
• Monitor compliance with home health regulations, policies, and accreditation standards
• Support field clinicians with clinical guidance and patient care planning
• Collaborate with leadership to improve clinical outcomes and operational performance
• Assist with ongoing quality improvement initiatives and patient care standards

• Active Registered Nurse license required
• Must hold a Compact RN License or active Kansas and Missouri RN licenses
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (BSN preferred)
• Knowledge of home health regulations, compliance standards, and documentation requirements
• Experience with OASIS documentation and functional scoring required

• Minimum of 1 year of home health field experience required
• Strong clinical assessment and case management skills
• Leadership experience not required but candidates should demonstrate strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to support clinicians across multiple service locations
