You will expertly manage incoming inquiries, address service needs thoughtfully, and provide tailored solutions that create confident, loyal customers from the very first interaction. Core Functions of the Full Time Client Representative
- Launch structured outreach campaigns across assigned zones, introducing AT&T Fiber services through approved digital and remote engagement protocols.
- Build and sustain client relationships by identifying connectivity gaps, usage goals, and infrastructure needs—offering AT&T Fiber solutions aligned with sector demands.
- Respond to service inquiries and resolve onboarding issues using AT&T’s internal support systems, ensuring client satisfaction and activation continuity.
- Present customized service proposals and manage the full acquisition cycle—from lead qualification and documentation to provisioning coordination and service activation.
- Maintain CRM accuracy by logging pipeline movement, account status, and engagement milestones to support campaign tracking and performance visibility.
- Collaborate with internal teams to finalize provisioning readiness and delivery benchmarks, ensuring seamless AT&T Fiber activation across all assigned territories.
Education & Experience Needed for the Full Time Client Representative
- High school diploma or GED required; coursework in business, marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in structured outreach, service coordination, or client engagement, preferably in telecom, subscription, or tech environments.
- Proven ability to manage client relationships, resolve service alignment issues, and execute outreach strategies that support AT&T Fiber acquisition goals.
