Location (Hybrid – 2–3 days onsite):

within 50 miles of any of these locations - Chandler, AZ | Charlotte, NC | Iselin, NJ | New York City, NY | Dallas, TX | Minneapolis, MN 

Contract Duration:

18 Months

Pay range: $70/h-$75/h on w2 

Job Description:

We are seeking a Full Stack Python Developer with deep backend expertise and hands-on AI experience to join our hybrid team. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of delivering scalable backend services and APIs, paired with solid frontend capabilities using Node.js. You’ll lead technical design discussions, mentor developers, and work across cloud-native platforms—primarily Google Cloud Platform (GCP) Preffered (AWS or Azure will also work)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, build, and maintain scalable microservices using Python

  • Build, integrate, and optimize RESTful APIs

  • Work with NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB, DynamoDB) and relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL)

  • Collaborate on frontend logic and services using Node.js

  • Architect and implement end-to-end solutions across cloud infrastructure (GCP or aws or azure)

  • Apply AI/ML knowledge to implement intelligent features or services

  • Lead code reviews, mentor junior developers, and promote best practices

  • Break down and communicate technical AI implementations in simple terms

Must-Have Skills:

  • 7+ years of experience in Python (Flask, Django, FastAPI)

  • Strong experience in REST API design and microservices architecture

  • Proficiency in both relational and NoSQL database.

  • Solid background in AI/ML concepts and ability to articulate your contributions clearly

  • Strong experience with GCP (BigQuery, Cloud Functions, Pub/Sub, etc.)

  • Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and CI/CD pipelines
