Full Stack Java Developer (2-4 years experience)
Location: Manhattan, NY (Hybrid 2 3 Days Onsite)
Salary: $110,000 $130,000 + Bonus


Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and enhance backend microservices using Java in an enterprise environment
• Support core financial systems including portfolio management, reporting, and trading platforms
• JavaScript and React to deliver cohesive front end solutions
• Work with Snowflake data structures to ensure reliable data integration and performance
• Participate actively in onsite collaboration, including team meetings, whiteboarding, and design discussions
• Provide reliable system support during business hours to quickly troubleshoot and resolve issues
• Share ownership of new and existing projects, contributing across the full development lifecycle
• Engage fully as a team member through code reviews, idea-sharing, and collaborative problem-solving

Requirements:

• Strong hands-on experience developing enterprise Java applications
• Experience collaborating with frontend technologies such as JavaScript and React
• Experience building and maintaining backend microservices
• Comfortable working in a hybrid environment with 2 3 days onsite in Manhattan
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to integrate quickly into an established team and contribute immediately
• Willingness to learn and adapt to evolving technologies and platforms

Nice to Have:

• Exposure to Snowflake or cloud-based data platforms
• Background in financial services, trading systems, or investment platforms
• Experience supporting live production systems during business hours
