Full Stack Developer React and Node.js - Senior

We are looking for an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in React and Node.js to build and scale modern, high performance web applications. This role is ideal for engineers who enjoy owning end to end development, influencing architecture decisions, and working closely with product, design, and DevOps teams to deliver impactful digital solutions.
Responsibilities
- You will design and develop responsive, scalable, and user friendly front end applications using React, TypeScript, and modern JavaScript while following best practices for UI and UX engineering.
- The role involves building reusable component libraries, implementing efficient state management solutions, and integrating front end applications with RESTful and GraphQL APIs.
- On the backend, you will design, develop, and maintain secure and high performing services using Node.js and frameworks such as Express or NestJS, working with both SQL and NoSQL databases.
- You will contribute to microservices and event driven architectures, ensuring reliability, scalability, and performance.
- The position also includes participating in system architecture discussions, writing clean and well tested code, conducting code reviews, mentoring team members, and collaborating with DevOps teams on containerization, CI CD pipelines, deployment, and monitoring.
- You will work closely with product owners and designers to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
Required Skill
- Candidates must have more than five years of hands on experience in full stack development with strong expertise in React, JavaScript ES6 and above, HTML, CSS, and TypeScript.
- Solid experience in Node.js development using Express or NestJS is required, along with a strong understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices, and API security.
- Proficiency in database design and querying across SQL and NoSQL platforms is essential.
- Experience with Git version control, CI CD pipelines, and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP is expected.
- A strong understanding of performance optimization techniques across front end and back end systems, along with excellent problem solving, debugging, and communication skills, is critical for success in this role.
Desired Skill
- Experience with containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes, familiarity with automated testing frameworks, and prior experience working in agile development environments will be considered strong advantages.
