Job Summary
We are seeking a Full Stack Developer to support Client project teams in building and maintaining modern web applications. The role involves working across both front-end and back-end technologies, ensuring seamless integration, high performance, and an excellent user experience. Candidates must be located in Tampa, FL or Hermitage (Nashville), TN, as this is an onsite role.
Key Responsibilities
Full Stack Development
Develop and maintain web applications using .NET and React
Build responsive, user-friendly front-end interfaces
Design and implement scalable back-end services and APIs
Ensure seamless integration between front-end and back-end systems
Application Design & Performance
Develop server-side logic and manage databases (SQL/NoSQL)
Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and reliability
Ensure application security and data protection standards
Collaboration & Delivery
Work closely with project managers, designers, and developers
Translate business requirements into technical solutions
Participate in agile development processes and deliver high-quality code
Testing & Debugging
Perform unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting
Ensure applications meet functional and performance requirements
Maintain code quality through reviews and best practices
Required Skills & Experience
6–9 years of experience in Full Stack Development
Strong expertise in .NET (C#) and React
Experience with API development and integration
Basic experience with Python (0–2 years)
Strong understanding of OOP, data structures, and algorithms
Experience with SQL and/or NoSQL databases
Preferred Skills
Experience with Angular and additional front-end frameworks
Cloud-native development experience on Microsoft Azure (PaaS, FaaS, microservices)
Familiarity with DevOps and Agile tools/methodologies (e.g., GitHub, Azure DevOps, SonarQube, DevSecOps, SAFe, SRE)
Exposure to AI/ML or Generative AI technologies
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Ability to work in fast-paced, dynamic environments
Work Environment
Onsite role (no remote option)
Must reside in or relocate to Tampa, FL or Hermitage (Nashville), TN
