Job Title: Full Stack Developer
Location: Remote (with occasional travel to Tampa, FL)
Duration: Contract to Hire

Overview:
We are seeking talented Full Stack Developers to design, build, and maintain modern applications that deliver business value. This role involves working across the entire technology stack front-end, back-end, and cloud to create scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain web applications using modern front-end and back-end technologies.
  • Design and implement RESTful APIs and microservices for scalable architectures.
  • Build responsive user interfaces using frameworks like Angular or React.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions aligned with business goals.
  • Implement CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and follow best practices for code quality and security.
  • Ensure applications meet performance, scalability, and reliability standards.

Required Skills:
  • Proficiency in Java and/or Python for backend development.
  • Experience with front-end frameworks (Angular, React, TypeScript).
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Familiarity with databases (PostgreSQL, Oracle, MongoDB).
  • Understanding of Agile methodologies and SDLC best practices.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Exposure to Generative AI platforms (e.g., Amazon Bedrock) and modern integration patterns.
  • Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI).
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
