Pay: $750/day
Qualifications:
- BS or advanced degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- 5+ years of relevant experience
- Experience with Java, C++, Rust and Typescript
- Experience working on the design, implementation, and deployment of large, complex software projects
- Expertise in systems programming on both UNIX variants and Windows
- Familiarity with various database systems
- Ability to understand sophisticated financial concepts and products
- Ability to take responsibility and work independently in high -pressure, time-critical environments
- Ability to work cooperatively amongst technologists and front office executives
- Working knowledge of:
- Low-level socket communication programming
- Asynchronous programming
- Network programming
- Functional programming
- Object oriented programming
- Event driven architectures
- Distributed real-time services
- Large-scale, multi library, multi-language projects
- Rust development experience and expertise
- Understanding of async Rust and tokio runtime
- Familiarity with Jira, Github
