Solutioning & Engineering

• Design, develop, maintain, and enhance core application features that align with business goals.
• Build a comprehensive understanding of the application stack to deliver efficient solutions and customizations.
• Identify and implement opportunities for performance optimization, security improvements, and infrastructure efficiency.
• Actively assess and flag bottlenecks or technical challenges within the development life cycle.

Team Collaboration

• Partner effectively with Business Analysts, Quality Assurance teams, and other cross-functional stakeholders to refine requirements and finalize solution designs.
• Provide accurate progress estimates, communicate proactively, and mitigate risks to delivery timelines.
• Uphold development best practices through code reviews, testing, and validations to maximize code quality.

Technical Skills

• Solid foundation in full-stack web development principles, including frontend and backend systems.
• Hands-on experience with modern frontend frameworks such as Angular or React.
• Expertise in backend technologies (.NET) and strong ability to integrate frontend and backend systems.
• Advanced knowledge of SQL querying, schema design, and database optimization practices for scalable database operations.
• Familiarity with source control tools, development pipelines, and CI/CD workflows.
• Experience working within Azure DevOps environments is highly preferred.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field - or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in delivering production-ready software and participating in a full software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Preferred: Industry experience in financial services or alternative investments, particularly with enterprise applications supporting carry management workflows.

Language & Communication Skills

• Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• A collaborative mindset coupled with the ability to work seamlessly within cross-functional teams.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or a related field
