Full Stack Developer

Title: Full Stack Developer
Location: Charlotte, NC
Salary Range: $60/hr-$70/hr

Introduction:

The Angular Java Full Stack Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining end-to-end web applications that support key business initiatives. This role requires strong expertise in building rich, responsive front-end user interfaces using Angular, combined with robust, scalable back-end services developed in Java. The developer will work closely with product owners, architects, business analysts, and QA teams to deliver high-quality solutions aligned with organizational goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 10+ Yrs of Strong proficiency in Java 
• 5+ Yrs of Strong proficiency in Angular
• Experience with modern frameworks, REST APIs, databases, cloud services, CI/CD, and version control
• Skilled in troubleshooting, performance optimization, and delivering scalable, secure applications
• Write automated unit tests, integrate with CI/CD pipelines, and maintain documentation
• Prior work experience in a similar industry or with similar clients

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
• Experience with cloud platforms, microservices, containerization, and DevOps tools
• Familiarity with UI/UX principles, automated testing, performance tuning, and security best practices
• Strong communication, adaptability, and collaboration skills

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and enhance Java-based backend services and REST APIs
• Collaborate with product owners, scrum masters, and business SMEs during sprint ceremonies
• Perform code reviews, contribute to architectural discussions, and ensure best practices
• Debug production issues and participate in on-call rotation (if applicable)
• Work closely with front-end teams consuming the APIs
