Job Title: FTZ Specialist
Job Type: Contract (with potential for extension)
Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented FTZ (Foreign-Trade Zone) Specialist to support our fulfillment and distribution operations. This is a contract role with the potential to extend based on performance and business needs. The ideal candidate must be committed, reliable, and able to work until the completion of assigned projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and monitor FTZ compliance and operations within the distribution/fulfillment environment.
- Coordinate the receipt, storage, and shipment of goods under FTZ regulations.
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting for all FTZ activities.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and federal regulations regarding FTZ operations.
- Collaborate with internal teams (logistics, inventory, compliance) to optimize FTZ processes.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies or operational issues efficiently.
Qualifications:
- Experience with FTZ processes and regulations, preferably in a fulfillment or distribution setting.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and follow through to project completion.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
- Proficiency in inventory management systems and Microsoft Office.
