QUALIFICATIONS
Mid Level Custodians a minimum of (1) One year of commercial cleaning experience
Team Leads & Supervisors a minimum og (1) One year of commercial cleaning experience and (1) one year of leadership experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform Quality Assurance Review: Ensure custodian is performing daily tasks to company standards.
- Perform on the spot training and direction if needed
- Delegate tasks for the remainder of the shift
Assist with daily tasks
- Cleaning & Disinfecting Common Areas: Lobbies, Break Rooms, Restrooms, Conference Rooms, Outside Areas, etc.
- Sweeping & Mopping Hard Floors
- Vaccumming Carpeted Areas
- Cleaning & Disinfecting High Touch Areas: Light Switches, Lamps, Desks, Keyboards, monitors, countertops
- Cleaning & Disinfecting Windows, Glass, Plexiglass, etc
