Key Responsibilities

• Decorate cakes and baked goods with precision, creativity, and consistent quality.
• Consult with customers to understand their cake design preferences and provide expert guidance.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the decorating workstation, ensuring compliance with food safety standards.
• Assist with baking and preparation duties as needed to support bakery operations.
• Manage inventory of decorating materials and communicate supply needs promptly.
• Stay current with cake decorating trends and techniques to enhance product offerings.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant baking or pastry certification is advantageous.
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in cake decorating.
• Strong artistic and creative skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and team members.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays as required.
• Commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety.
