The Frontier Support Specialist helps residents understand that 99.9% reliability isn't just a number; it’s peace of mind during their favorite live events.


As a Frontier Support Specialist, you talk tech without making it sound like a math textbook from the 1980s. The Frontier Support Specialist facilitates sales and support for Frontier’s symmetrical fiber-optic network, ensuring families can stream, game, and work simultaneously without a hitch.


Core Functions of the Frontier Support Specialist

  • Present Frontier Fiber internet and TV services as premier residential solutions, emphasizing symmetrical gigabit speeds and consistent reliability. 
  • Clarify technical features to help clients understand how Frontier’s hardware supports seamless multi‑device connectivity. 
  • Evaluate household connectivity challenges, recommending fiber and TV bundles tailored for multi‑device usage and high‑capacity streaming.
  • Administer service activations and account migrations efficiently, meeting Pomona’s sales production goals while ensuring compliance standards.
  • Highlight Frontier’s promotional benefits, including no‑contract flexibility and installation credits, to simplify billing and encourage adoption.
  • Maintain compliance and protect customer data, ensuring accuracy in all fiber and TV transactions while reinforcing brand credibility.

Education & Experience Needed for the Frontier Support Specialist

  • High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred but not required.
  • Experience in sales support, hospitality, or customer support, demonstrating resilience in quota‑driven environments and professional communication. 
  • Strong communication skills, simplifying Frontier Fiber’s symmetrical upload/download speeds and TV streaming benefits into persuasive messaging.
  • Ability to evaluate household connectivity needs, delivering feedback that enhances territory sales and promotional campaigns.
