Your duties as a Frontier Sales Advocate
Consistently and professionally represent our client’s brand to customers
The Frontier Sales Advocate will engage with prospective customers and educate or guide them through our service solutions
Secure sales by recommending service solutions that align with customer preferences
As a Frontier Sales Advocate you will lead interested and eligible customers through the enrollment process, answering any questions or concerns they may have
Achieve individual sales goals while also contributing to the overall success of the sales team
Maintain updated and accurate records of completed customer enrollments
Collaborate with associate Frontier Sales Trainees to share best sales tactics
What you have a Frontier Sales Advocate
A high school diploma or GED equivalent
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience as a Frontier Sales Advocate, sales or customer service is not required but would be advantageous
Basic understanding of sales strategies and customer service techniques
Ability to work individually and within a team
