What You'll Do

• Greet patients, visitors, and team members with warmth and professionalism

• Answer phones, emails, and direct communication appropriately

• Schedule and confirm patient appointments

• Build strong relationships with patients through excellent communication

• Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and paperwork

• Maintain organized systems to support office efficiency

• Grow in the role through ongoing learning and mentorship
