Compensation: $22 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage front office operations and oversee one front office coordinator
• Assist with patient check-ins, phone support, and virtual appointment setup
• Act as the face of the clinic and ensure a welcoming environment
• Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure smooth daily operations

Qualifications:

• Strong front desk or medical office experience required
• Mental health or behavioral health experience is a plus
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable taking initiative and leading by example
