Front Office Assistant

Serenity Dental is seeking a Front Office Assistant to join our team of dental professionals. Compensation: $16 per hour, based on experience

Schedule

• Full-time
• 5 days a week
• Some weekends

Qualifications

• 2+ years of prior front office experience is required, preferably in a general dentistry or Orthodontic setting
• Bilingual in Spanish is required
• Familiarity with Open Dental software
• Knowledge of dental terminology, insurance verification, treatment planning, prior authorizations, and Medicaid/PPO insurance plans
• Good phone etiquette and familiar with multi-line phones
