Smith & Co. Dental Practitioners is seeking a Front Office Assistant to join our team in Bel Air, MD!

Compensation

• $18 - $25 an hour based on experience

Schedule

• Full-time
• Monday - Friday
• Hours vary

What you’ll do

• Welcome patients and set the tone for their entire visit
• Own the schedule and keep the day moving smoothly
• Handle phones, insurance verification, and collections with confidence
• Partner with the clinical team to keep operations tight

What we’re looking for

• A natural with people. Patients should feel like guests
• Calm under pressure. Multitasking doesn’t rattle you
• Dental front office experience preferred. We’ll train the right person
• Dentrix experience is a bonus, not a dealbreaker
• A team player who takes initiative without being asked
