Your Role:
As our Restaurant Manager, you will:
- Lead and inspire a team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
- Drive operational excellence while achieving sales and profitability goals.
- Provide clear direction, meaningful feedback, and opportunities for team growth.
- Champion a culture of hospitality and sustainability with locally-sourced ingredients at the forefront.
- Oversee P\&L management, scheduling, and inventory control to ensure smooth operations.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in restaurant management.
- Background: Experience in upscale casual, fine dining, or scratch-made kitchens is highly desirable.
- Skills: Strong expertise in P\&L management, scheduling, and inventory control.
- Track Record: A stable work history with proven success and growth.
- Passion: A collaborative, motivated leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and is committed to culinary and service excellence.
