Green Mill is looking for an experienced, energetic, and hands-on Front of House Manager to join our St. Cloud team. We just finished up a major dining room and bar renovation and are busier than ever! About the Role
As a FOH Manager, you’ll be responsible for leading the front-of-house team to deliver exceptional guest experiences every shift. You’ll coach and develop team members, maintain service standards, and ensure smooth daily operations while building a positive and motivated culture. This is a part-time hourly role.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and support servers, bartenders, hosts, and support staff
- Ensure outstanding guest service and handle guest concerns professionally
- Manage staffing levels, scheduling, and labor goals
- Train and develop team members to Green Mill standards
- Oversee daily cash handling and shift reporting
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety standards
- Collaborate with BOH management to ensure seamless operations
- Support local marketing initiatives and community engagement
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of restaurant management or strong FOH leadership experience
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and coach a team
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask in a high-volume environment
- Flexible availability, including nights and weekends
- Passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction
