We are looking for a motivated and people?focused Front of House (FOH) manager to help lead daily operations in a fast-paced restaurant environment. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys team leadership, great customer service, and hands-on work while growing their management skills.

Key Responsibilities Customer Experience

  • Lead by example to ensure a warm, friendly, and efficient guest experience.
  • Resolve customer concerns with professionalism and a service-focused mindset.
  • Maintain a clean, welcoming dining and ordering environment.

Team Leadership

  • Supervise, coach, and support FOH staff during shifts.
  • Assist with onboarding and training team members.
  • Promote a positive, team-oriented workplace culture.

Operations & Standards

  • Manage daily shift operations, including opening and closing procedures.
  • Monitor product quality, presentation standards, and speed of service.
  • Ensure all food safety and sanitation guidelines are followed.

Cash Handling & Administrative Tasks

  • Oversee cash register operations, cash counts, and daily deposits.
  • Assist with inventory checks and ordering supplies.
  • Complete daily operational reports and communicate updates to management.

Collaboration

  • Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure smooth workflow and accurate order fulfillment.
  • Support the General Manager with special projects, scheduling, and staffing needs.

Qualifications

  • 1+ year of supervisory or shift-lead experience in food service preferred, but strong customer service backgrounds will be considered.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic understanding of cash handling and point-of-sale systems.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude.
  • Availability to work weekends, holidays, and variable shifts as needed.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand for extended periods.
  • Capable of lifting up to 30 lbs.
  • Comfortable working in a busy kitchen/food service environment.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: $60,000–$70,000, based on experience.
  • Opportunities for advancement and additional management training.
