Front End Software Development Engineer

Introduction

We are seeking a skilled Front-End Developer with a strong focus on Angular development to join our team. This role involves working primarily on front-end tasks within a fast-paced Agile environment, collaborating closely with a small team using GitHub, Jira, and GCP-based tools.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Advanced expertise in Angular (3–5 years of experience) for building responsive, enterprise-grade web applications.
• Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Strong version control skills with Git/GitHub, including experience with collaborative workflows and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience in Python development for backend support, automation, or scripting tasks is beneficial.
• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with alternative front-end frameworks such as React or Vue.js.
• Full-stack exposure, particularly in API development using FastAPI.
• Experience with GCP or other cloud platforms like AWS.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand their use-cases, pain points, and requirements, advocating for user-centric software solutions.
• Design, develop, and deliver user-friendly interactive experiences using enterprise brand standards and templates.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product owners, designers, back-end developers, and architects.
• Create mock-ups and prototypes for new features and participate in user interface design reviews and product demos.
• Perform functional automated testing and UI testing to ensure quality development.
• Continuously improve performance by fixing bugs, optimizing applications, and implementing new technologies to maximize development efficiency.
