Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Here's what success looks like in this role:

• Guide Pet Parents: Follow our proven process to match families with the right services.
• Book Services: Handle reservations for daycare, lodging, training, and spa.
• Welcome Guests: Greet arrivals, process check-ins/outs, and ensure records are accurate.
• Communicate Clearly: Provide updates and confirmations by phone, email, and in person.
• Team Collaboration: Support smooth operations across departments when needed.
• Light Dog Handling: Assist only during check-in/out as needed.

Pay, Benefits & Schedule

Here's how we take care of you:

• Pay: $17 to 19 per hour (based on experience).
• Benefits:
• Medical, dental, and vision insurance.
• Company-funded short- and long-term disability insurance.
• $25,000 life insurance policy for all full-time employees
• Employee discounts on services.
• Schedule: Full-time, 8-hour shifts; Monday-Friday with some weekends and holidays.
• Holiday pay: Anyone working on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day, or the Fourth of July will receive 1.5x their hourly pay.
• Worksite: Onsite at our Wheeling, IL resort.
