Position Overview:
We are currently seeking an organized, personable,
and detail-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to be the
face of our practice. As the first point of contact for
patients, this role is essential in creating a positive and
seamless experience from check-in to check-out.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet patients warmly and manage check-in/check-
out procedures
• Schedule appointments and manage the daily
calendar efficiently
• Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and relay
messages as needed
• Verify insurance benefits and process patient billing
or copayments
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
• Support clinical staff with administrative tasks as
needed
• Ensure the front desk and waiting area are clean,
organized, and professional
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in a medical or healthcare office
preferred but not required
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Proficient with scheduling software and Microsoft
Office Suite
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented attitude
• High school diploma or equivalent required
