freight Sales Representative freight broker

Job Purpose:

We are looking for someone who is experienced sales representative who can help our freight brokerage company grow, someone who has experience in freight brokerage industries making phone calls, sending emails and meeting in person to acquire business,

**SALARY PLUS COMMISSION**

$50000-$80000

Required to make sales calls in person depending on market conditions   

Must be able to represent company to attract customer for their freight moving needs.

Must have at least  close 2 years of experience in freight sales industries

Supports sales objectives by preparing and conducting sales training.

Duties:

* Prepares for product training by studying service contracts; collecting competitive market information.

* Prepares sales force to sales contacts, handling objections.

* Provides resources by developing manuals and references.

* Evaluates training by analyzing sales and installation results.

* Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications.

* Accomplishes human resources and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
