Description
- Serve as a brand owner and creative lead across multiple healthcare brands
- Partner closely with a Copy Supervisor to develop breakthrough concepts
- Collaborate directly with clients and cross-functional internal teams
- Guide and manage creative workflow, timelines, and team resources
- Act as a hands-on Art Director while elevating visual standards
- Participate in pitches and new business opportunities
- Apply strategic, conceptual, and forward-thinking creativity to every project
- Present work effectively in a variety of settings
- Demonstrate ownership, flexibility, and proactive idea generation
- 4+ years of healthcare art direction experience (HCP experience required)
- Must submit portfolio that shows strong concepting on pharma clients
- Strong concepting and strategic development skills
- Proven supervisory experience and confidence in client-facing situations
- Ability to quickly understand complex categories and craft best‑in‑class creative solutions
- A track record of delivering innovative ideas and managing the creative process end-to-end
