What You’ll Do
In this role, you’ll investigate suspicious activity, support customers, and help prevent fraud across digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer calls with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency
- Monitor and analyze transactions to detect fraudulent activity
- Investigate fraud cases and determine appropriate actions based on policies
- Identify patterns, trends, and irregularities using analytical skills
- Document findings accurately to meet audit and compliance standards
- Navigate multiple systems while maintaining strong customer engagement
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve fraud prevention strategies
What We’re Looking For
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- 1+ year of fraud detection, investigations, or related experience
- Strong customer service skills
Preferred Skills:
- Analytical and detail-oriented mindset
- Ability to problem-solve and make sound decisions
- Comfortable working with multiple systems and tools
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
