What You’ll Do

In this role, you’ll investigate suspicious activity, support customers, and help prevent fraud across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound customer calls with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency
  • Monitor and analyze transactions to detect fraudulent activity
  • Investigate fraud cases and determine appropriate actions based on policies
  • Identify patterns, trends, and irregularities using analytical skills
  • Document findings accurately to meet audit and compliance standards
  • Navigate multiple systems while maintaining strong customer engagement
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve fraud prevention strategies

What We’re Looking For

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 1+ year of fraud detection, investigations, or related experience
  • Strong customer service skills

Preferred Skills:

  • Analytical and detail-oriented mindset
  • Ability to problem-solve and make sound decisions
  • Comfortable working with multiple systems and tools
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
