Job Description:
Seeking a Fraud Analyst with 1+ year experience to review, investigate, and prevent fraudulent activities. Responsibilities include fraud analysis, customer identity verification, trend evaluation, and handling fraud escalations. Role involves inbound calls from fraud victims, data analysis using internal tools, and collaboration with internal teams to resolve cases and improve fraud processes.
Schedule:
Mon–Fri 9:30 AM–6:30 PM CST; Sat 8:00 AM–5:00 PM CST
Training: Mon–Fri 8:00 AM–5:00 PM CST
