Job Description:
- Credit check required, piv clearance required contract - with potential for permanent position.
- Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5pm onsite position only – must be local candidates

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for performing compliance/fraud related investigations in support of the NSC State of Work (SOW) guidelines.
- Performs duties in accordance with Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services(CMS) regulations and policies for quality and quantity of work as stated in the SOW and PIM.
- Handles complaints of alleged violation of standards and makes referrals to the Durable Medical Equipment Regional Contractor (DMERC) and/or law enforcement agencies as appropriate.
- Supports team projects and tasks.
- Conducts site visits and/or support site visits.
Experience:
3 years customer service, medical insurance, or investigation related experience.
Skills:
- Professional/business style writing experience.
- Analytic research experience.
- Microsoft Office Skills.
Education:
Bachelor's Degree
