Build something real and grow with it. As a Franchise Construction Manager, you will take new franchise locations from kickoff through final punch list, making sure each site is completed right, on schedule, and ready to open.

Franchise Construction Manager – What You’ll Do
You will oversee franchise construction projects for new restaurant location tenant improvements and site build outs, to ensure contractors complete work according to the agreed scope, quality standards, and schedule.
You will:
- Monitor franchise construction projects from construction kickoff (after handoff from the architect provides the plans) through final punch list completion
- Review contractor estimates and scopes of work to confirm the work being performed aligns with what was quoted
- Track project timelines and milestones to ensure construction is progressing on schedule
- Conduct site visits to review construction progress and confirm work is being completed properly, coordinating with on site contractors
- Ensure contractors complete all work according to specifications and quality expectations – you are visiting the job sites to ensure the trains are running on time
- Maintain accurate project tracking using Google Sheets / Excel to document project progress and status updates – you know the status and stage of all of the build outs and are providing weekly updates to management
- Manage punch list completion and confirm final construction details are completed prior to final project completion
Franchise Construction Manager – You Have (Required Skills, Experience & Team Fit)
You have:
- Prior experience in commercial construction or tenant improvement projects, with a strong builder mindset and ownership of getting projects done right
- Very strong organizational skills – you are a master at tracking moving parts and keeping track of multiple projects
- PC skills / comfort using technology to track project information
- Ability to travel to construction locations throughout the United States, including airplane travel (plan to travel to construction sites 1 week of the month)
Franchise Construction Manager - You Might Have:
- Prior experience working in restaurant construction or restaurant buildouts, tenant improvements
- Prior experience supporting retail or franchise construction buildouts

Franchise Construction Manager – Benefits for You
Your compensation for this Franchise Construction Manager role will include a competitive base salary with additional incentives tied to successful project execution and location openings. Your pay range for this Franchise Construction Manager role will typically fall between $95,000 and $115,000, depending on your construction exposure and experience supporting commercial or tenant improvement projects.
You will work from the Roseville, California office, collaborating with the team while overseeing projects across the country. As a Franchise Construction Manager, you will travel to construction sites throughout the United States to review project progress and ensure quality execution. Travel is expected to be approximately one week per month, visiting various project locations.
