The FP&A Manager will lead financial planning and analysis activities, serving as the first dedicated FP&A hire for the organization. This role is responsible for budgeting, forecasting, KPI reporting, financial modeling, and supporting data driven strategic decision making. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, advanced Excel capability, and experience building FP&A processes in a fast paced environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, cash flow modeling, and variance analysis
  • Analyze KPI metrics and P&L performance to support strategic decisions
  • Build and maintain financial models for planning and operational initiatives
  • Prepare monthly financial reports and executive level presentation materials
  • Identify trends, risks, and opportunities through quantitative analysis
  • Improve FP&A reporting processes, dashboards, and tools
  • Partner with cross functional teams on planning, performance management, and financial reviews
  • Support internal reporting requirements and review cycles

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, or a related field
  • Three to five years of FP&A or corporate finance experience
  • Strong financial modeling experience and cash flow forecasting ability
  • Advanced Excel proficiency (pivot tables, macros, data analysis)
  • Proficiency with Power BI and PowerPoint
  • Strong understanding of P&L drivers, KPI trends, and financial reporting
  • Ability to work independently and build FP&A processes from the ground up
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present insights to leadership

Preferred Experience

  • Experience supporting high growth environments
  • Prior experience building new FP&A frameworks, models, or reporting structures
