FP&A Manager / Senior FP&A Leader
Location: Shelton, CT (Onsite)
Compensation: $1450-145k + 30% bonus

Key Responsibilities of the FP&A Manager
Strategic & Operational FP&A
Own and maintain ARR bridge analysis and SaaS revenue performance modeling
Analyze churn, LTV/CAC, and overall SaaS unit economics
Track and reconcile bookings versus billings
Provide pricing analysis, deal support, and margin analysis
Reporting & Forecasting
Prepare monthly executive reporting packages for the CEO and senior leadership team
Deliver monthly and quarterly reporting to private equity sponsors
Support board-level financial reporting and analysis
Lead the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes
Business Insights & Analytics
Produce gross margin, headcount, and operational performance reporting
Deliver ad hoc financial analysis to support strategic decision-making
Translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights for leadership
Team Leadership & Infrastructure
Lead and develop a small hybrid FP&A team
Help mature FP&A processes, reporting infrastructure, and financial discipline
Partner cross-functionally with leadership across the business
Qualifications of the FP&A Manager
Prior FP&A leadership experience within a private equity–backed company
Strong understanding of SaaS financial metrics and modeling
Experience supporting executive leadership, boards, and investors
Advanced Excel and financial modeling capabilities
Strong communication skills with the ability to influence business decisions
Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
