FP&A Manager / Senior FP&A Leader

Location: Shelton, CT (Onsite)
Compensation: $1450-145k + 30% bonus

Key Responsibilities of the FP&A Manager

Strategic & Operational FP&A

  • Own and maintain ARR bridge analysis and SaaS revenue performance modeling

  • Analyze churn, LTV/CAC, and overall SaaS unit economics

  • Track and reconcile bookings versus billings

  • Provide pricing analysis, deal support, and margin analysis

Reporting & Forecasting

  • Prepare monthly executive reporting packages for the CEO and senior leadership team

  • Deliver monthly and quarterly reporting to private equity sponsors

  • Support board-level financial reporting and analysis

  • Lead the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes

Business Insights & Analytics

  • Produce gross margin, headcount, and operational performance reporting

  • Deliver ad hoc financial analysis to support strategic decision-making

  • Translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights for leadership

Team Leadership & Infrastructure

  • Lead and develop a small hybrid FP&A team

  • Help mature FP&A processes, reporting infrastructure, and financial discipline

  • Partner cross-functionally with leadership across the business


Qualifications of the FP&A Manager

  • Prior FP&A leadership experience within a private equity–backed company

  • Strong understanding of SaaS financial metrics and modeling

  • Experience supporting executive leadership, boards, and investors

  • Advanced Excel and financial modeling capabilities

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence business decisions

  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
