Job Details
Our company, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a dynamic and experienced FP&A Manager to join our team. As our FP&A Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving our financial planning and analysis, delivering insights that will directly influence decision making, and ultimately, the success of our business.
Responsibilities:
1. Leading the financial planning process, including forecasting, budgeting, and long-term strategic planning
2. Developing and maintaining complex financial models to support decision making
3. Providing financial analysis and insights to senior management, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of unexpected variances
4. Working closely with business leaders to understand and report on key performance indicators
5. Overseeing the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
6. Identifying potential areas of cost savings, operational efficiency, and process improvement
7. Collaborating with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting
8. Assisting in the management of capital budgeting, investment analysis, and other special projects as required
Qualifications:
1. A minimum of 7 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably with inventory experience
2. Proven expertise in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting.
3. A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. An MBA or relevant professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) is preferred
4. Experience with Workday Adaptive strongly preferred
