A bit about us:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced FP&A Manager to join our rapidly growing company. This critical role will oversee the financial planning and analysis function and will be responsible for driving strategic financial decisions that align with our company's goals. The FP&A Manager will play a pivotal role in our financial management, including the planning, implementation, managing, and running of all the finance activities of our company. The ideal candidate will have a strong FP&A background and a proven track record in financial analysis, strategic planning, and decision-making.

Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Lead the financial planning and analysis function, overseeing the budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning process.
- Provide strategic recommendations to the CEO/ CFO and members of the executive management team.
- Develop performance measures that support the company's strategic direction.
- Manage the preparation of all financial reports.
- Evaluate and decide on investment projects, cost savings initiatives, and capital expenditure.
- Understand and mitigate key elements of the company's risk profile.
- Report financial results to the board of directors.
- Monitor cash balances and forecasts.
- Arrange for debt and equity financing.
- Invest funds.
- Invest pension funds.
- Oversee the company's transaction processing systems.
- Understand and manage key elements of the company's financial risk.
- Engage with the company's auditors for annual monitoring.
- Maintain relations with external auditors and investigate their findings and recommendations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. An MBA or related advanced degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the manufacturing industry.
- Strong financial analysis skills.
- Exceptional leadership abilities with a strategic focus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make well-judged decisions.
- Proficiency in financial management software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage well through ambiguity and complexity.
- Ability to execute and follow-through to completion and documentation.
- Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with all levels of employees, management, and external agencies to maximize performance, creativity, problem-solving, and results.
- Proven track record of leading and managing a finance team.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with people at all levels and who represent a variety of diverse backgrounds.
- Demonstrated professional competence and integrity and ethical decision-making and conduct.
