The Foundation Operations Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the success of the Novant Health Foundations. This position is ideal for someone who is curious, adaptable, and eager to contribute across a wide range of functions—from project coordination and digital tools to donor engagement and research. foundations.
Location: Must be based in Charlotte, Winston-Salem, or Wilmington, NC
What We're Looking For:- Education: High School/GED, Required. 2 Year / Associate Degree, Preferred.
- Additional Skills Required: Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, are necessary to interact with customers, vendors, and all levels of Foundation. Must exhibit dependability especially in the areas of attendance, punctuality, ability to follow instructions, follow-up and meeting deadlines. Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Team oriented with good communication skills
As a key member of the team, you’ll provide centralized operational support across multiple regional foundations. Your work will directly enable fundraising success and strengthen community impact. Responsibilities include:
- Project & Calendar Coordination: Help manage projects, timelines, and team calendars to ensure priorities stay on track and deadlines are met
- Digital & Technology Support: Serve as point of contact for all digital platforms and online donation pages, ensuring a seamless and engaging donor experience
- Marketing & Communications: Assist in the creation and coordination of events and campaigns
- Data & Reporting: Support database administration, reporting, and data accuracy to inform decision-making
- Prospect Research: Contribute to identifying and researching potential donors to support fundraising strategies
- Operational Excellence: Provide day-to-day operational support across foundation activities, helping the team run efficiently
