This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, operating equipment, and a mix of indoor/outdoor tasks .

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Operate forklifts (including cherry pickers & clamp trucks) to move materials
• Load, unload, and organize products in the yard and warehouse
• Use RF scanners to track inventory and shipments
• Assist with shipping & receiving tasks
• Perform equipment checks and report any issues
• Support general warehouse operations as needed

️ Work Environment:

• Mix of indoor warehouse and outdoor yard work
• Equipment is enclosed and heated, but some time will be spent outside
• Active role—not sitting still all day

What We’re Looking For:

• Forklift experience preferred (training available for the right candidate!)
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to work in all weather conditions as needed
• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
• Reliable and team-oriented

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Frequent movement, standing, and equipment operation

• Pulling orders / with forklift
• Perform pre and post trips daily, chock rear wheels and be aware of safety hazards at all times
• Support Distribution Center located in Albuquerque NM
• Move trailers from lot to scale to parking to dock to drop yard ready to go on next load
• Log sheets, route sheets and all other applicable paperwork
• Ensure proper care in the use and maintenance of equipment and supplies
• Perform basic vehicle maintenance tasks, such as adding oil, fuel, or radiator fluid or performing minor repairs
• Operate a forklift to load and unload freight
• Drive and maneuver yard goat & trailers from dock to dock switching out empty trailers with full trailers in a fast pace environment, making 80 moves per shift
• Advise Manager / Supervisor immediately of any accident or damage occurring to property
• Load and unload trucks, or help others with loading and unloading, operating any special loading-related equipment on vehicles and using other equipment
• Work with minimal supervision and feel comfortable in making decisions
• Inputting data into the yams phone
• Adhering to applicable regulations and procedures
• Driving 53' Trailers
• Transfer loads, drop-off unit for repairs or pick-up back-up unit
• Start time 1:30pm with the ability to work Saturdays
• Using 2 way radio

• Take directions from Shop Supervisors on moving materials and equipment to and from shops
