Forklift Operator - SEASONAL

We are currently looking to fill a SEASONAL Forklift Operator position. This SEASONAL opening will continue through May 2026, at which time the employment will end. The primary shift will be Monday-Thursday, 10am-6:30pm, however we are looking for someone who can be flexible with their hours.

This will be a hybrid position, which means operating a forklift will not be the only responsibility. Manually putting together display racks and signage will be an integral part of the position.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Manually build product displays and ensure each display is built accurately and on time.
• Order Picking: Filling customer orders by picking (both case and pallets) from warehouse locations, ensuring correct product identification number, quantity and quality of product using RF scanning device.
• Replenishment: Requires operation of various types of power equipment to move products from reserve to active locations. Ensure active picking bin locations are stocked with proper products and needed quantities.
• Ensure Warehouse is clean, organized, secure and safe at all times.

Qualifications/Physical Demands:

• 1+ year prior warehouse/distribution center experience, preferably picking/packing/replenishment.
• Stand-up forklift experience.
• Experience with manufacturing software (WMS)
• Ability to operate heavy lifting equipment including, but not limited to, forklift.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced distribution environment.
• Ability to effectively communicate with department personnel.
• Team player who can work efficiently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to perform manual labor and stand for long periods of time.
• Must be able to work in a hot temperature environment.
