Pay type: $24hr-$25hr

Schedule: Two/three days on/off. Two days on, then three days off. Each 12-hour shift.

Job Overview:

Responsible for optimizing loads to ensure operational efficiency, scheduling vehicles for maintenance & repairs, and managing inventory by utilizing RF scanning equipment.  This role requires strong attention to detail. Excellent coordination skills and the ability to follow safety protocols.

What You’ll Do:

• Transport materials throughout the facility efficiently and safely.
• Optimize loads to support smooth operations.
• Inspect forklifts, identify maintenance needs, and report any damage.
• Pick, pack, and wrap orders for shipment.
• Manage inventory using RF scanning equipment.
• Follow all safety procedures and guidelines.
• Identify and report product damage, shortages, or quality issues.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Required Skills & Abilities:

• Strong hand-eye coordination.
• Basic math skills.
• High attention to detail.
• Effective written and verbal communication.
• Ability to speak and understand English.

Education & Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid state driver’s license.
• Completion of forklift training program or ability to pass an on-site forklift operation test.
