Forklift Operator (Local)

We are hiring experienced Forklift Operators in Marion, AR to support warehouse and production operations. This is a fast-paced role where you'll be moving materials, loading/unloading trucks, and keeping production running.

Must be local – no travel or housing provided

What You'll Do

• Operate forklift, clamp truck, or pallet jack
• Load and unload trucks safely
• Move materials throughout the warehouse
• Pick orders using RF scanner
• Support shipping & receiving
• Keep work area clean and organized

Requirements

• Forklift experience required
• Must have a physical forklift certification (can be expired or from previous job)
• Experience in warehouse, shipping/receiving, or production
• Ability to lift and work in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable and safety-focused
